I forgot my jacket in the lounge. So without trying to find it I went about my next flight. It only hit me when I realized I had left my wallet inside my jacket. Terrible experience! I’m glad though for your service coming up first as I know if I relied on the airport, it would take some time. Your service is top-notch.
