My teenage daughter misplaced her camera bag filled with travel photos. I was not able to talk to the right person due to language barrier’s. I say your service and was in constant contact with agent Jorge. He stayed patient and reassured me throughout. When the bag was located by airport security, she burst into tears of joy.
