Standing at the baggage carousel at Pearson and watching it slowly grind to a halt without my suitcase was a total ‘heart-drop’ moment. I immediately started spiraling, thinking about all the valuables I had packed inside and the weeks of paperwork I was about to face. However, your staff turned it all around. Instead of just giving me a form, they took charge immediately. It took about less than a day, they tracked it down and had it back in my hands. What started as a total travel nightmare ended as a huge relief. Huge thank you to the team for being so efficient and professional.
