AMS – Amsterdam Schiphol Airport
I honestly thought I had lost my backpack for good when I realized I had left it on the airport train. I didn’t notice until I got to the terminal, and I immediately started panicking because I had several personal things inside that I really needed. I reported it and was surprised by how quickly your team got back to me. They sent me the instructions by text, kept me updated, and made the whole process easy to follow. My backpack was found and mailed back to me in less than 36 hours. I was so relieved when it arrived. I really appreciate how helpful and responsive everyone was.
