I thought my laptop was put back in my bag but it wasn’t which I realized when I was on flight. I was so devastated because that was my work laptop. I relied on your service to do all the work. Calling the airport was hard due to communication barrier. Although, I expected a faster turn around from this service, it worked out just fine as the main thing I was able to get back my work stuff in my laptop.
