I was with my daughter at that lego shop, I remember holding out my phone to take a picture of us. I was on a wheelchair so I put down my phone on one of the lego mannequin based to grab my wallet. So I lost it without knowing until I was already seated to fly. I’m glad your service existed and it provided the option to have it ship out to my address. Thank you for your work and involvement.
