DTW – Detroit Metropolitan Airport
I was seated in A71 and some how I left my reading glasses right before boarding. I wasn’t going to even try to look for it as it was old. I spoke to a lady in your department and It gave me hope of getting it back. Once I paid, it took just a text saying that it was found. The staff were attentive and took my report seriously. Next days, I got an email saying they were found. Incredible service!
