I left my iPad in the seat pocket on the plane. I didn’t realize it until I was already in my hotel. Nathan, really good and patient agent, went above and beyond. This kind of support was really needed especially if you lost all hope. Knowing someone was actively helping eased my anxiety. I’m thankful for the dedication and service.
