My suitcase was mistakenly taken by another passenger, and I was devastated. This whole situation was a huge mess! I saw your service online and although your agent Camille worked tirelessly with the airline and airport, efforts did not matter, I lost hope. I waited for about less than a day, to my head up the roof, I got a text message saying they found it. This was a big life changing moment as I imagined it was completely lost. I was eventually reunited with my bag. This service is highly recommended and they are good in what they do, bottom-line!
