My phone dropped between the seats near the seating area by Starbucks. I only noticed it was left when heading to my gate. Brooke coordinated directly with the crew to search after my flight departed. Really good service since they found it less than the 24hr period. I was blown away by the communication and quick turnaround. Thanks for the service.
