While waiting for my flight, I totally forgot about my headphones in the seating area. Recovery team, her name was Nicole, was so kind and very patient with the whole situation. It’s very impressive for people from this company to really take an interest in really finding it. I did get it back after less than a day but it seems like it was quick and never lost.
