As I was heading toward check-in, my passport may have slipped out of my bag near counters. I was in a total panic thinking I was stranded in France. Your agents were help a lot, guiding me via text to the retrieval point. I had it back in my hands the same day. I can never be thankful enough for their hard work and invested time for my passport.
