During a rushed layover, I accidentally left my MacBook on a table at a busy coffee shop near the gate. It contained all my presentation files for an important client meeting the next day, and realizing it was missing sent me into complete panic. I immediately contacted Airport Recovery Service (ARS), and Maria responded right away. She coordinated seamlessly with terminal staff and security teams to locate it quickly. When they confirmed my laptop had been safely recovered and returned, the wave of relief was indescribable—huge thanks to the team!
