After grabbing a quick bite post-security, I walked away without my wallet, which held my driver’s license, credit cards, and boarding pass for my connecting flight. Without ID, I wouldn’t have been able to continue my journey home. I reached out to ARS in a state of total distress, and Tom took charge immediately. He worked closely with restaurant staff and airport personnel to track it down. The overwhelming gratitude I felt when they confirmed everything was found intact is hard to put into words.
