I wasn’t sure where I left my prescription glasses on the flight or boarding gates. Only when I landed I noticed it was not in the case. I’m glad I used the service as it was located and followed up with different departments that was out of my scope. Yes, their is a lost and found but if you need extra help, then the service may work for you as it worked for me. Highly would tell my family about this company.
