I left my grey scarf in the Delta Sky Club. I wasn’t just a scarf that I could replace. I had years on it and most important it was rare. It worried me as I didn’t know who to call for help. The service was worth giving a try and yes it seems it didn’t make sense at first but he recovery process was excellent; they texted me shipping instructions and it was mailed out immediately. Resolved in about 20 hours. Thank you you’re like a family who work together!
