NRT – Tokyo Narita International Airport
I left my laptop in the waiting lounge at Narita and only realized it after boarding. I was panicking at the gate until I quickly alerted airport staff. They promised to help and had me describe the laptop in detail. With little hope, I was surprise when I was called and said they had secured it at the lost and found. The thorough care and quick communication saved me a lot of stress. I’m incredibly thankful for their hard work and reassuring assistance.
