I lost my reading glasses when coming in near the ticketing area. I had some bags to carry and it was hooked so it may have fell while I was walking. I reported it to one of the security agent but told me to file a claim. So I paid for the service instead and the type of help I got was what came true. Your team, especially the lady who called was very helpful. I was eventually emailed and texted to set up to have it back. Really solid service.
