LAX – Los Angeles International Airport

I left my iPad at the TSA checkpoint and was already home when I realized it. Jewel from ARS immediately took over the report and followed up with staff. She kept me updated daily, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. I finally felt calm knowing someone was actively handling it. About less than a day, I got a message saying that it was found. Amazing network they have. Thank you ARS!
