I forgot my prescription glasses at the security checkpoint and felt completely helpless without them. The recovery team was incredible helpful although it was just glasses; they located them quickly and sent me a text to confirm ownership. They were mailed to my hotel in London and arrived in less than 24 hours. A huge thank you to the efficient staff.
