While navigating the crowded food court with my family, my young child’s beloved stuffed bear slipped away unnoticed from our table. Seeing the tears start to flow broke my heart—the entire vacation. Airport recovery staff responded incredibly fast when we alerted them, and Lisa went above and beyond to help locate it among the bustle. I learned that assuring your kid that someone is looking for it is better than saying you’ll replace it. The pure joy on my child’s face when the bear was returned made us all so grateful and relieved.
