In the chaos of charging my devices before a long-haul flight, I forgot my pricey headphones at a public charging station. The thought of enduring hours of engine noise without them was dreadful. Airport recovery team sprang into action the moment I reported it, and Eddie coordinated diligently with cleaning crews and gate agents.
